Cyclones, also known as air cleaners or dust collectors, are structurally the simplest air cleaning equipment used in industries with high dust generation:

 - woodworking companies;

 - mining of minerals;

 - in agriculture;

 - in the production of food products;

 - pharmaceuticals;

 - chemical industry;

 - cement production, etc.

 These devices are compact, quite easy to operate and maintain, but they clean the room from dust with high quality. Depending on the dispersed composition and type of dust, different types of cyclone designs are used.

So, how does the cleaning process work:

- Dusty air is supplied to the upper cylindrical part of the unit through a rectangular nozzle.

- Descends in a spiral to the bottom of the conical part.

- And the already cleaned leaves through the upper nozzle, and the settled dust - through the nozzle in the lower part of the cyclone cone.

WARNING!
Accumulation of dust in the conical part of the unit is strictly prohibited during operation.
To remove it, you need to connect a sealed dust collector with a dust outlet.

 Cyclones are usually delivered assembled. Sometimes the hopper, body or auger can be transported separately at the customer's request.

 Such units should be installed on reinforced concrete or metal structures.
