Non-standard equipment

From its foundation to today, the SPE-1 company has created more than 12,000 units of products of various complexity, and the bulk of requests were non-standard products. The success of such projects is the coordinated work of the entire team, from the manager to the forklift operator.

So, the first step is to create an essay. And for this, we carefully ask the customer:

- about the type of product;

- the coolant that will be used for the operation of the product;

- the final dimensions of the product;

- product material.

The second step includes:

- compilation of product cost and technical characteristics;

- provision of a draft for approval;

- adjustment of details.

The third step is to create a 3D model.

This will help us consider the future product from all sides and analyze in detail whether everything is taken into account in the project.

The fourth step is the guarantee of the quality of the product - it is the development of the design documentation, which contains all the information about the materials from which the equipment needs to be manufactured, the features of the product, detailed instructions and the final appearance.

The fifth step is the direct manufacture of the equipment, which is handled by a team of qualified workers following the detailed drawing of the product agreed by the customer. Depending on the complexity of the task, this process takes from three to twenty working days.

The final sixth step is a three-stage quality check and obtaining an individual number for identification and completion with mandatory accompanying documents.

 This is the way that leads to the satisfaction of the customer's needs and obtaining positive results from the cooperation of many people.
